Index out of range error exporting to Excel (Already read through previous posts)

Hi,
I get the "Index out of range" error that a lot of people seem to be getting
when exporting to Excel. All other formats work fine. I have already read a
bunch of the previous posts, including Bryan Bullard's posts where he seems
to have resolved the problem.
In my case, I have tried re-installing SP1, and in all places in my report,
I am referencing items on the report like: "Fields!code.Value"
I have tried "(Fields!code.Value)" as well, but I still get the same error.
If anyone can either provide some help with fixing this, or confirm that
this is a known issue with SP1 (preferably with a link to a KB article or
something similar), I would greatly appreciate it.
Full exception:
Exception of type
Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportRendering.ReportRenderingException was
thrown. (rrRenderingError)

Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportRendering.ReportRenderingException was

a.. Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size
of the collection. Parameter name: index

Jason RatkeHave you tied SP2? There were some fixes to the Excel renderer in SP2.
